Atlantean journal

Discussions about the Atlantean language and culture can go here. Think of it as a one-stop reference guide for fanfics.

Atlantean journal

#1 Post by Kidagakash85 » Sun Jan 18, 2009 2:27 am

I unearthed an old journal that I wrote in high school...it is entirely in Atlantean. Well, not the LANGUAGE, but the alphabet. It's like 35 pages!! I used to know the alphabet so well that I could read and write it instantly. I even took some of my notes in high school in Atlantean. I thought I was so clever because no one else would be able to read it.

WELL NOW I CAN'T EVEN READ IT!! :( I'm sad that I have forgotten it so much.

you kidding me? Airsoft (Pellet and/or BB) is nothing compared to that of the blow-back feel of a Deagle or w/e firearm you own. Sure cocking and loading my differ, but still. Now Swords and Knifes are a different matter *considering i collect them* I will start posting pics of those on here. my latest sword is roughly 5 feet of steal and has a massive handle. it's a two-hander, but naturally, i can swing it with one hand. it weighs in at roughly 10 to 15lb's not bad considering it's the Robin Hood Sword.

if w/e is a real weapon (if i understood it correctly) - there is no kidding.
My life's example:
Im shooting very good from carabine - sporting past gives a cool advantage, but pistols... OMG. I have a 50-shots training once a week, 30 - pistol, 20 - carabine. It's a little, yes. But i have no money for additional ammo (average - 1$ per shot). So, it's a task - to increace efficient of the training without money losses. And i bought this - Image
This is a pneumatic copy of makarov's pistol with sporting handstock. Cocking, pulling trigger, weight - same as on real weapon.
Result - i have ability to train moving with weapon, non-live shooting as pre-training before real weapon, and it all - AT HOME, in every free minute.
On last week my results on rapid (Bill-Drill) shooting was 50% inside of 30cm diameter round on 30 meters, another 50% near than 10cm. It's 30% better than on previous trainings. ITS ONE WEEK (!) of using this home training. My friend, army officer was unable to repeat my results (he got 30 ammo every day when he is on duty). This increasing of results cant be a kidding))

Wow! That Shepherd's Journal looks really cool! The only thing I have of that stuff is the litho and a few of the McDonald's toys (no box to put them in though). I almost bought the Battleship edition once upon a time, but I never wound up doing so.

something i though of doing, and i know it would be totally impossible, is if all the active KFU members got together like at a convention, and brought their collectors stuff with em to show off and stuff. I should post more pictures :)

We thought about doing that for awhile; Rebmakash did an Atlanticon in 2003 and 2004, or maybe 2002 and 2003...I don't remember now. The only problem is that everyone is scattered all over the globe, I just don't see how we could all find a place to go and everyone be able to do it. I certainly can't afford a plane ticket and hotel stay right now. :(
