Khasekhem = Kashekim?

Anything else related to Atlantis (such as discussion of the historical Atlantis, or anything pertaining to the fandom but not specifically to the movies) can go here. Basically, if you can't figure out where to post but it's A:TLE-related, post it here!

Khasekhem = Kashekim?

I was reading one of my sister's Egyptology textbooks (yes, she is taking an Egyptology class in the fall, how lucky is she?!) and learned that there was a pharaoh in the second dynasty named Khasekhem (aka Khasekhemwy). Think that might be inspiration for our Atlantean king?
